A central location and fine staff was the highlight of this luxurious stay. The bedrooms were comfy. The pool was clean and the garden - beautiful.

All of the staff were outstanding, welcoming. Central location, at walking distance from Greektown. Moreover, the area was good. Spotless hotel and excellent service. Lobby was nice.

Unbeatable location for visiting Chicago, it's near other areas, a coffee shop and the West Loop. Especially helpful, best people working here.

Great value and location was top. The staff was obliging and our room was tasteful. Super breakfast, amazing service. Outstanding view of lake. Wonderful facilities and the pool was amazing. We loved the public beach near our hotel.

I had a fun experience and would stay here again. The hotel was original, and I liked really helpfull staff and magical room. Contemporary style property with nice furniture in the rooms.

Ideal base for vacation. We also went to city center, located within walking distance of the hotel. Very easy to get from Midway International airport, just 12 miles.
